Night Shipping Warehouse Supervisor

Performance Food Group is seeking a Night Shipping Warehouse Supervisor to lead outbound operations in our high-volume food distribution center. You will oversee night shift shipping activities, assigning work, monitoring productivity, and ensuring orders are picked, loaded, and shipped accurately and on time. The role enforces safety and food-handling standards, coordinates with transportation and inbound teams, and uses warehouse systems to track inventory and loads.

You will coach and develop associates, resolve issues in real time, and support PFG's safety-first, customer-focused culture while driving continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise night shift warehouse shipping staff and workflows
• Ensure accurate, on-time picking, staging, and loading of outbound orders
• Monitor productivity, quality, and labor utilization using warehouse systems
• Enforce safety, food safety, and equipment-use standards on the night shift
• Coordinate with transportation and other departments on routing and load priorities
• Train, coach, and evaluate associates; provide feedback and recognition
• Assist with inventory control, damage reduction, and load accuracy audits
• Resolve operational issues quickly to support customer service goals
• Maintain documentation, shift reports, and KPI tracking
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes and layout
