Warehouse Call Coordinator

Performance Food Group seeks a Warehouse Will Call Coordinator to manage accurate, timely customer pickups in a fast-paced wholesale food distribution environment. This role stages and verifies will call orders, uses warehouse systems and RF scanners, coordinates with drivers and sales, and ensures product integrity and inventory accuracy. The coordinator supports a safety-first culture, maintains a clean and organized area, and delivers professional customer service while learning logistics and supply chain operations with room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process warehouse will call orders accurately and on time
• Verify, stage, and release customer pickups while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Communicate with drivers, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve order issues
• Provide professional customer service to will call customers and internal partners
• Use warehouse systems and RF scanners to locate, track, and confirm products
• Inspect orders for accuracy, damage, and product integrity before release
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized will call and staging area
• Follow all PFG safety, food handling, and compliance procedures
