Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Watford
£14-£16 per hour
We are currently recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in Watford. This is a great opportunity for a passionate early years professional looking for a flexible and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Support children's learning and development
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Work positively as part of a team
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous nursery or early years experience
- Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply; DBS cost refunded after 20 working days
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and caring approach
- Competitive pay: £14-£16 per hour
- DBS refund after 20 days worked
