Contract:

Part time, 3 days per week - ASAP – July 2026 - TERM TIME ONLY

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: £105–£120 per day

We are working with a fantastic, community-focused primary school in Watford who are looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner (Level
3) to join their Early Years team as soon as possible. This is a brilliant long-term opportunity until July 2026 initially, ideal for someone passionate about supporting early development in a nurturing, well‑resourced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting children aged 3–4 in a busy, school nursery environment

* Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities

* Creating a safe, nurturing space that supports children’s personal development

* Providing personal care where required

* Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team

* Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

About You:

* Must have Level 3 childcare qualification

* Experience working in Early Years (nursery or preschool)

* Warm, patient, and proactive

* Strong understanding of EYFS practice

* Reliable and available to start immediately

* Must have DBS on the Update Service
