Reservations Agent - Luxury Hotel

Full-Time | £28,130 per annum + benefits Were looking for a friendly and professional Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at a prestigious luxury hotel and resort. If you thrive on delivering outstanding service from the very first interaction, this could be the role for you. What youll do:
Respond to reservation enquiries by phone, email and webchat with warmth and accuracy Work closely with hotel teams (events, spa, golf, F&B etc.) to coordinate bookings and ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain accurate reservation records in the booking system Provide a high level of service from initial enquiry through to arrival Flexibly cover rota-based shifts, including some weekends What were looking for: A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Excellent communication skills and professional manner Ability to work efficiently, multitask and adapt to systems quickly A team player with confidence and attention to detail Whats on offer:
