Regional Revenue Manager – Hotels | Splendid Hospitality Group

We’re looking for a talented Regional Revenue Manager to act as a trusted commercial partner to hotel leadership across a defined region of our portfolio, including IHG, Hilton, and Marriott hotels.

You’ll lead day-to-day revenue management, forecasting, pricing, and trading activity
, while also coaching General Managers and hotel teams to uplift commercial thinking and capability.

🏥 3 care homes in Sussex

The Role
  • Lead regional revenue performance
    , including forecasting, pricing, yield, and trading activity
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to Regional and Hotel GMs, influencing decisions and driving outcomes
  • Translate divisional revenue strategy into hotel-level execution while respecting local market nuance
  • Apply multi-brand franchise frameworks effectively (IHG, Hilton, Marriott)
  • Coach and uplift commercial capability across hotel leadership teams
  • Leverage data, insight, and systems to identify opportunities and inform evidence-based recommendations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and central Revenue teams to drive aligned commercial results
  • Experience in hotel revenue management
    , ideally across multiple hotels or brands
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Ability to balance hands-on trading decisions with strategic performance improvement
  • Analytical, collaborative, and credible, aligned with the Splendid Hospitality culture
  • Comfortable working in a multi-brand, franchise-led environment
