The Role As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your designated section, ensuring consistently outstanding food quality, presentation, and service. Working alongside a highly experienced team, you will contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for guests while maintaining the highest standards of kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee your assigned kitchen section. Prepare and present dishes to exceptional 5-star standards. Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all service periods. Ensure food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness standards are always met. Support junior team members through training and guidance. Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Requirements Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment is essential. Strong understanding of premium food preparation and presentation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
