• Permanent role
• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work

• Deliver friendly,professional and efficient customer service to students,staffand visitors.
• Prepare and serve Starbucks hot and cold beveragestorequired brand standards.
• Serve food,snacksand other products across the catering operation.
• Operate tills and process cash/card transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean,attractive and fully stocked counters,display sand service areas.
• Replenish and rotate stock andassistwith deliveries.
• Follow food safety, allergen, Health &Safetyand safeguarding procedures.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene,cleanliness and presentation, including general cleaning duties.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
  
  Work as part of the wider catering team and support other college catering areas and general duties as required.

• Previous catering, hospitality, retail, coffeeshop or customer service experience desirable but not essential; training provided.
• Friendly,positive and customer-focused approach withgood communication skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual,flexible and willing to support different catering areas.
• Good attention to detail andhigh standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Willingness to learn barista skills and prepare beverages to Starbucks standards.
• Basic food hygiene/allergen/Health & Safety awareness desirable; full training provided.
• Able to follow instructions,procedure sand company standards.
• Willing to complete required online training and safeguarding requirements.
