We are a rapidly expanding company delivering Mechanical and Electrical Planned Preventative Maintenance across a wide range of commercial properties, business parks, offices, and educational facilities in and around North London.
The Role
We're seeking a Mobile Building Services Engineer - Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive company that invests in its people.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical maintenance, minor installations, and repairs across a varied portfolio
Compliance with MEP schedules and standards
Fault finding and resolution of electrical issues
Coordination with other trades and team members
Maximum of 3 sites per day to travel between
All work is local to North London and surrounding counties

Qualifications & Skills
Testing, Inspection and Certification - Essential
Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition
Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 3 points)
Strong electrical engineering background in maintenance, repair, and installation
Basic plumbing knowledge (advantageous)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Positive, can-do attitude
