Senior Technician Prime Disaster Response

(Minimum 3 Years’ Experience Required)

We’re looking for experienced, capable Senior Technicians to lead the delivery of our high-standard leak detection and restoration services. You’ll handle complex and sensitive jobs with professionalism and care, setting the standard for our team and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients.

This is a full-time, site-based role. Uniform and all equipment are provided.

As a Senior Technician, you’ll lead on our most demanding projects, often involving high-value properties and high-net-worth clients. You’ll take ownership of planning, scoping, and delivering work to the highest standard, while supporting and mentoring less experienced technicians.

You’ll play a key role in upholding our reputation for precision, quality, and excellent service.

• Lead and manage complex leak detection and restoration jobs

• Carry out detailed risk assessments, scoping, and planning on site

• Use advanced investigative tools and techniques to deliver accurate results

• Ensure work meets the highest standards of quality and finish

• Support, guide, and mentor junior and trainee technicians

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurers, and team members

• Maintain strict health and safety standards on all jobs

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leak detection, restoration, plumbing, or a related trade

• Proven ability to manage complex, challenging jobs independently

• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills on site

• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members

• High level of professionalism and customer service focus

• Keen attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work

• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role

• Specialist training or qualifications in leak detection or restoration

• Familiarity with insurance‑related claims work
