We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician or Mechanic to join our premier workshop in Watford

- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (No Weekend Work).
- Annual Leave: 33 days per year (including Bank Holidays).

Your RoleAs a vital part of our Watford technical team, you will:
- Service & Repair: Execute high-level maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Use specialist manufacturer tools to identify and fix complex electrical and mechanical faults.
- Safety & Compliance: Perform comprehensive vehicle health checks and MOT-standard inspections.
- Digital Integration: Record video health checks (VHC) and update digital job cards to provide transparency for our clients.
- Performance: Deliver efficient, high-quality workmanship within manufacturer time frames.
- Collaboration: Support your colleagues in maintaining an organized and productive workshop.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or City & Guilds) is preferred.
- Technical Mindset: A strong understanding of modern vehicle systems and a focus on "right first time" results.
- Experience: Previous diagnostic and problem-solving experience is a major benefit.
- Licensing: A full UK driving license is essential.
