Vehicle Technician – Mechanic

• Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year.

As a vital part of our Watford technical team (Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Specialist), you will:

• Service & Repair: Execute high-level maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Use specialist tools to identify and fix complex faults.
• Safety & Compliance: Perform vehicle health checks and MOT-standard inspections.
• Digital Integration: Record video health checks (VHC) to provide client transparency.
• Efficiency: Deliver high-quality workmanship within manufacturer time frames.

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced workshop or dealership environment.
• Technical Mindset: Strong understanding of modern systems and a "right first time" approach.
• Tools: Must have your own set of professional tools.
• Compliance: A full UK driving license is essential.
