Are you a Project Coordinator working across security system installations and supporting project delivery?

• Experience supporting projects within fire and security or construction environments
• Understanding of access control, CCTV, or related systems
• Strong organisational and document control skills
• Confidence liaising with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors

• CSCS card (or willingness to obtain)

This role supports the delivery of security system installation projects including access control, CCTV, barriers, intercoms, and speedlanes. Working alongside Project Managers and Engineers, you’ll help coordinate scheduling, documentation, procurement, and communication across the full project lifecycle.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining project trackers, preparing RAMS, organising meetings, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date. The role also involves supporting procurement, tracking milestones, and assisting with handover documentation such as O&M manuals.

This is a key position within the delivery team, helping to keep projects organised and on track while developing a strong understanding of project operations within the fire and security sector.
