Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Building Maintenance

Minimum 1 Year Experience Required

We’re looking for experienced, reliable technicians to deliver high-quality leak detection, investigation, and restoration services. You’ll work on site, representing our commitment to precision, professionalism, and excellent customer care.

This is a full-time, site-based role. Uniform and all equipment are provided.

As a Technician, you’ll carry out detailed leak detection and property investigations using specialist tools and methods. You’ll plan and deliver restoration work on site, ensuring it meets our high standards and the expectations of insurers and their clients.

You’ll work independently or as part of a small team, often in high-value or complex residential settings, maintaining professionalism at all times.

• Conduct thorough site assessments, including risk assessments and moisture readings
• Scope and plan work, making sound, informed decisions on site
• Use specialist leak detection and investigation equipment
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and insurers
• Handle challenging customer situations calmly and respectfully
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Ensure work meets our high standards of quality and finish

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a relevant role (e.g. leak detection, restoration, plumbing, building services)
• Confident decision-making and problem-solving ability on site
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in varied environments and high-value properties
• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Experience with commercial-grade drying or restoration systems
• Plumbing or building trade qualifications
• Prior work in insurance-related damage restoration
