Chime Housing is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Operative to support responsive repairs across our housing stock in Watford. You will specialise in one core trade (Plumbing, Carpentry or Plastering) and be proficient in a second trade, with the ability to perform at least two more trades.
This role requires participation in an out-of-hours rota, a full clean driving licence and a City and Guilds or equivalent qualification. A van and fuel card are provided, plus pension and annual leave.
