Chime Housing is seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Operative to join our Repairs and Maintenance team in Watford. You will specialise in one core trade (Plumbing, Carpentry or Plastering) and be competent in a second trade, with ability to tackle two more trades to a good standard.
The role includes an out-of-hours call-out rota and driving a company van. You will fault-find, source materials, plan repairs, follow safety policies and work with minimal supervision to deliver high-quality outcomes
