Runwood Homes in Watford is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to perform regular maintenance tasks at our care home, including basic plumbing and decorating. You will work independently, taking initiative to keep the premises safe, well maintained and compliant.
Successful operatives often have experience in carpentry, plumbing or decorating and are comfortable carrying out scheduled checks, responding to repairs, and maintaining a tidy, safe environment for residents and staff.
