Schedule:

About the RoleAs a Client Service Representative (CSR), you are the first smile clients see and the reassuring voice they hear during some of the most emotional moments of their lives. You play a vital role in creating an exceptional client experience while helping our doctors and technicians provide outstanding emergency care. This is far more than a front desk position—you are an essential member of the emergency team, keeping the hospital running smoothly, communicating with compassion, multitasking, and ensuring that every patient and family receives the care, kindness, and support they deserve.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing Client Communication & Support
- Greet clients with warmth, kindness, and professionalism—both in person and on the phone
- Answer phones and help triage emergency calls and walk-in cases
- Share important information with the medical team quickly and clearly
- Explain hospital policies, procedures, and financial options in a supportive way
- Enter client and patient information accurately into medical records
- Process invoices and payments with attention to detail
- Offer reassurance and compassion during emotional and high‑stress situations
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow CSRs to keep the hospital running smoothly
- Communicate clearly and collaborate as part of a tight‑knit team
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby
- Support hospital safety, infection control, and emergency protocols
- Previous veterinary, medical, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Calm, friendly, and confident demeanor in fast‑paced or emotional situations
- A genuine love for animals and the people who love them
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Applicants need to be available for the following hours (you may not be required to work all these hours each week, but full availability is required):
- Sunday to Friday from 12 midnight to 8 am
- Saturday and Sunday all day, night, and overnight availability
- Holidays
Holidays. Shifts will vary; you will not be required to work all these hours every week.
