Branch Supervisor

This position oversees the daily operations of the branch.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Supervise the retail staff including Tellers and Personal Bankers
• Build relationships with bank clients, including business owners and consumer clients
• Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met
• Handle any escalated customer questions or compliants
• Facilitate branch maintenance including alarm systems, elevator, cash handler, etc.
• Perform and oversee routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and check cashing while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assist customers with opening and maintaining accounts, including checking, savings, CDs and other banking products
• Provide support to lenders by assisting with loan documentation, gathering required customer information, coordinating communications and helping ensure timely processing of loan applications

• Four years minimum experience in a financial institution
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Detail oriented, thorough and task oriented
• Computer proficiency
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
