What You’ll Do:

• Market Robins Financial Credit Union mortgage products and services to current and prospective members, as well as real estate agents and credit union staff as referral sources to originate mortgage loan applications.
• Counselborrowersandprepareallapplicableapplicationdocumentationanddisclosuresensuringcompliancewith Robins Financial policy/procedure, State/Federal Regulations, and FNMA/Secondary Marketing Guidelines.
• Obtainspertinentdocumentationfromborrowertopromotetimelyunderwriting decisions.
• Managesapplicationspipelinetomaintaincontactwithapplicants,realtorsandattorneystoensuremember satisfaction and application viability from origination through consummation.
• Providemembersupportformortgageservicingquestions.
• Maintainsmemberconfidenceandprotectscreditunionoperationsbyachieving andcontinuingtodevelop knowledge of products and services offered by the credit union.
• Complies with all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Demonstratesteamworkbyexhibitingthefollowing:contributingtoteam effort,initiative,dependability,positive attitude, good attendance, tact, and diplomacy

  • 3years'experienceinterviewingprospectiveloanapplicants;processing applications; analyzing credit capacity, and collateral.
  • Residential Lending experience, to include
    
    Secondary
    
    Market/Government programs
• Knowledge & Skills Required :
  • Knowledgeofandabilitytoapplymortgageconsumerandlendingconceptsand guidelines.
  • Analyzedetailedfinancialandcreditdatatomatchcustomerneedswiththeappropriateprogramandlevelof risk.
  • Must possess organizational skillsandeffectivetimemanagementskillstosucceedinasemi-autonomous fast- paced environment.
  • Skills:

This position includes a base salary. Depending on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications, the compensation structure may also include commission-based incentive opportunities.
