Job Skills / RequirementsAvailable Schedules:
Monday–Friday
4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Schedule availability will be discussed during the hiring process.
** Previous floor-care experience or familiarity with commercial floor-care procedures is preferred.**
Job Skills / Requirements:
- Burnishing floors
- Stripping and refinishing floors
- Applying floor finish or sealer
- Carpet cleaning
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled floor-care services, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, scrubbing, sealing, and carpet cleaning.
- Safely operate, clean, and store commercial floor-care equipment and machines.
- Inspect floor conditions and determine the appropriate cleaning or maintenance method.
- Move furniture and other items as needed to complete assigned floor-care work.
- Assist with general custodial duties when needed, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom cleaning.
- Follow company safety, security, and key-control procedures while reporting equipment, maintenance, or safety concerns promptly.
