Home care RN nurses provide one‑to‑one, compassionate care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include client assessment, care planning, intervention, and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes. Nurses follow physician orders and act in compliance with the state’s Nurse Practice Act, licensure requirements, and the organization’s policies and procedures.

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
• One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse
• Home care experience preferred but not required
