Under the direction of the Regional Director, the Clinical Manager oversees the overall performance of the team, ensuring quality patient care, financial performance, utilization management, and compliance with state and federal regulations. The manager demonstrates fiscal responsibility by managing daily operations to meet financial indicators and quality standards.

Responsibilities also include maintaining working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word; effective communication, problem‑solving, organizational and time‑management skills; and the ability to multi‑task and work collaboratively within an inter‑disciplinary team. The manager must be self‑confident, assertive, flexible, reliable, and maintain a positive, can‑do attitude.

• Completion of an accredited nursing curriculum in accordance with applicable state practice act.
• BS or BA in Nursing required.
• Active Georgia State nursing license, free from restrictions or disciplinary action.
• Current valid license to practice as a clinician in Georgia.
• CPR certification required.
• Two (2) years of home care nursing experience required; one (1) year of management experience preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and Oasis documentation required.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or advanced business degree preferred.
