* ** This position is required to support both Home Health Care and Hospice y's in Athens, GA.*
* ** Administrative duties include, but not limited to:*
* Answering phones and transferring to appropriate parties
Greeting incoming guests and patients
Answering emails timely from clinical and scheduling teams and hospital referral source
Printing and sending necessary reports to Home Care Coordinator team
Patient tracking, data entry and documentation in EPIC
Assist with patient log, emails and referral entry
Notify building management of maintenance needs
Order office supplies
Support management with various reports and physician order tracking
** Requirements include** :
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Health care experience preferred
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
+ Displays optimal critical thinking skills.
+ Experience multi-tasking on multiple computer systems.
+ Must have valid Driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work site when necessary
+ Epic experience a plus
+ Experience in working with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, One Note
