Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator for a full‑time, on‑site role based in Watsonville, CA. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing project cost estimates, analyzing construction project requirements, and ensuring accurate budgeting. Other key tasks include working closely with clients and team members to assess project needs, providing detailed cost breakdowns, and supporting the delivery of successful and cost‑effective outcomes.

This position plays a crucial role in managing project finances and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting to effectively handle project financials.
  • Expertise in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with construction and tile/marble industry practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for cost estimation and budgeting is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
