Physical Therapist - Center Manager

$20,000 SIGN ON BONUS + MONTHLY STUDENT DEBT BENEFIT PROGRAMSelect Physical Therapy in Watsonville, CA is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist ready to step into an operational leadership role as Center Manager. You will participate in Select’s National Leadership Development Program, a comprehensive training pathway designed to prepare you to lead one of our long‑standing, highly respected clinics serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area. This role offers 1:1 management training and a strong foundation for professional growth.

- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist license (required to start)
- CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience
