Select Physical Therapy in Watsonville, CA is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist ready to step into an operational leadership role as Center Manager. You will participate in Select’s National Leadership Development Program, a comprehensive training pathway designed to prepare you to lead one of our long‑standing, highly respected clinics serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area. This role offers 1:1 management training and a strong foundation for professional growth.

• Starting salary: $105,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions
• Utilize the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a talented team of PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist license (required to start)
• CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience
