Healthcare Administration, Medical Receptionist
Job Description
When patients enter our center, we want them to have an exceptional experience – starting at the front desk. You’ll manage both the patient side and business side of our center, acting as a patient advocate, communicating with individuals via email and phone, managing patient payments, and utilizing multiple computer programs. The front office handles phones, scheduling, insurance verification, and running end‑of‑day reports, while the front desk is your station to greet and register patients, provide information about what to expect during their visit, and discuss their next appointment as they check out.
Don’t underestimate the impact you can make on every patient’s care experience, even before they leave the waiting room.
