Job Description

• Support day-to-day operations of the Office of the CIO.
• Collecting, modeling, monitoring, and analyzing financial and business data.
• Plan, develop, and update internal policies and process documents.
• Plan, develop, and update workflows and process diagrams.
• Review and maintain vendor contracts and electronic invoices.
• Track vendor expenses and maintain records.
• Compile data from different database sources into meaningful reports.
• Perform data integrity auditing and reconciliation.
• Plan and develop internal communication materials.
• Plan and develop presentation materials.
• Interact and communicate with all levels of management, especially leadership.
• Develop solutions for continuous process improvement.
• Meet deliverables on time.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

• Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and One Drive.
• SharePoint.
• Financial and business analysis techniques with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral business communication skills; ability to present ideas and issues logically and articulately.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage time effectively.
• Strong project management and planning capabilities.
• Detail oriented and attentive to quality.
• Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management and ITIL concepts.
