Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities;
Monitor entry points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and direct individuals to appropriate hospital areas;
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns;
Maintain access-control logs, visitor records, and incident documentation;
Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, access points, and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity
