BA Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to support our growing portfolio of commercial, industrial, and federal construction projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, evaluating blueprints and bids, and helping ensure our projects are priced competitively and executed efficiently. • Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to create detailed cost estimates
• Conduct material quantity takeoffs and analyze subcontractor/supplier bids
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align estimates with project goals
• Prepare proposals and cost breakdowns for commercial, industrial, and government construction projects
• Monitor budgets and update estimates as project conditions evolve
• Identify risks and value engineering opportunities to maintain cost efficiency
• Assist in procurement recommendations based on scope and budget
• Maintain estimate documentation and ensure transparency with stakeholders

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator (commercial, industrial, or government sectors preferred)
• Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and technical specifications
• Experience with construction takeoffs and estimating software (e.g., Plan Swift, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and costs associated with construction
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
