Part-Time Customer Service Specialist

This role is ideal for an articulate, service-oriented professional who creates outstanding customer experiences and represents a globally recognized learning brand with warmth, professionalism, and care.

Key Responsibilities Customer Outreach & Relationship Support
  • Contact prospective customers who have expressed interest in About Learning’s products, certifications, software, and training solutions
  • Follow up on inquiries in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
  • Build positive relationships that reflect the company’s reputation for excellence and trust
Customer Service & Problem Resolution
  • Respond promptly to customer questions regarding products, services, training, and order status
  • Troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
  • Ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of respect, responsiveness, and service quality
  • Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to destinations throughout the United States
  • Coordinate shipping logistics and maintain organized records of outgoing orders
  • Monitor order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
