Qualifications:
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist Endorsement
- Meets all applicable district and state-specific credentialing requirements
- Previous experience or familiarity with school-based psychological services preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive educational environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Preschool Psychologist based at an elementary school
- Manage a case load with a specific grade level focus; details to be provided at interview
- Evaluate and support individual students educational, social, and emotional needs
- Conduct formal assessments, write psychological reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and external partners to implement effective interventions
- Provide consultation, crisis response, and recommendations for classroom strategies
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
