The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of payroll processing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key to success in this role is accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.# How You Will Contribute
* Lead the biweekly payroll process which includes reaching out to Team Leaders and Managers to resolve timecard errors and omissions.
* Review payroll preview reports to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the payroll being processed.
* Release payroll to ADP by the biweekly cutoff time and ensure payroll is delivered on time.
* Upload the biweekly payroll into the general ledger system.
* Develop reports from ADP to support ongoing initiatives including budgeting, reporting and analysis.
* Work to implement process improvements where necessary.
* Provide assistance as needed to the H.R. Department and the other Payroll team members regarding benefits administration, government compliance reporting and filings, and special projects.
* Provide backup for other payroll team members.

Skills and Experience:

*** ### High School Diploma or GED Required* ### A minimum 1-2 years of Payroll processing experience required* ###

Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred* ###

Experience with multi-state payroll processing is preferred* ### Strong organizational and communication skills* ### Attention to detail and ability to work with highly confidential information with discretion* ### Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment* ### Must display solid financial accuracy, ownership of the payroll process, solid work ethic and team focus### ### Starting Range : $54,000 - 72,500/yr### ### ### The actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors.
