Commercial Process & Systems Lead

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to act as the primary liaison between the Commercial, R&D, and IT functions. The role focuses on maximizing value from Microsoft Dynamics CRM and our PLM platform while improving related processes. You will report to the VP of IT – Americas and balance business analysis, project delivery, and system support.

• Partner with Sales, Business Development, and R&D teams to understand needs and translate them into technology solutions.
• Serve as the internal expert on Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration and best practices.
• Gather and document requirements for CRM and PLM initiatives, working with IT and vendors to design and deliver solutions.
• Lead or contribute to small to medium‑size technology projects, including planning, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify process improvements in commercial operations and product development where technology can add value.
• Support end users through training, go‑live, and ongoing assistance.

• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or a comparable platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong working knowledge of Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, and core modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with PLM systems in food or ingredient manufacturing.
• Background supporting Sales or R&D teams in the food industry.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Hybrid role. Location and travel requirements to be confirmed.

$107,437 – $161,156. Compensation will vary based on geography, skills, experience, and education.
