Spray Dry Packing Operator - 3rd shift

Position: Spray Dry Packing Operator I- 3rd shift

* Roles and Responsibilities:

***
* * Pack production batches and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.*
* * Record production and other data accurately on specified forms and documents
** Follow sanitary guidelines for CIP and cleaning
* * Transfer materials, set up equipment, supplies and packaging materials efficiently.*
* * Learn and understand food safety concepts and their importance in making our products.*
* * Promptly observe and clearly communicate food or other product quality matters to Shift Leads or Management.*
* * Consistently perform assigned duties in a safe manner and in accordance with the company’s safety policies.*
* * Consistently perform and complete assigned duties without errors or other defects.
**** Qualifications &

Skills Required:

***
* * High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.*
* * Consume required materials using RF scanner and accurately report batch quantities.*
* * Must have attention to detail and can perform basic mathematics.*
* * Ability to manually lift 50 lbs. continuously when necessary*
* * Must follow safety requirements, forklift policy and wear required PPE.*
* * Ability to problem solve and communicate when something is wrong and to recognize and report the problem.*
* * Ability to work overtime when necessary.*
* * Ability to learn and consistently follow operational and cleaning procedures.*
* * Ability to learn and consistently complete required documentation and record-keeping requirements.
** Salary range: $15.82 - $19.78
