Synergy Flavors in Wauconda, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Dry Departments. You will lead a team, plan material flow, and schedule labor to meet customer orders while upholding safety and quality.
You will implement LEAN principles, partner with maintenance, planning, QA and R&D, train staff, and ensure accuracy of production records. A High School diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience are preferred.
