Synergy Flavors, Inc. in Wauconda, IL, part of the Carbery Group, is hiring a Packaging Operator I for the 2nd shift (Liquids). You will pack flavors (powders, liquids, emulsions) and work closely with Batch Compounders to ensure safety, quality, and accuracy in production orders.
The role requires reading batch tickets, operating packaging equipment, and following sanitation and safety guidelines. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and overtime may be required.
