Roles and Responsibilities
  • Pack production batches and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Record production and other data accurately on specified forms and documents.
  • Follow sanitary guidelines for CIP and cleaning.
  • Transfer materials, set up equipment, supplies and packaging materials efficiently.
  • Learn and understand food safety concepts and their importance in making our products.
  • Promptly observe and clearly communicate food or other product quality matters to Shift Leads or Management.
  • Consistently perform assigned duties in a safe manner and in accordance with the company’s safety policies.
  • Consistently perform and complete assigned duties without errors or other defects.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Consume required materials using RF scanner and accurately report batch quantities.
  • Must have attention to detail and can perform basic mathematics.
  • Ability to manually lift 50 lbs. continuously when necessary.
  • Must follow safety requirements, forklift policy and wear required PPE.
  • Ability to problem solve and communicate when something is wrong and to recognize and report the problem.
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary.
  • Ability to learn and consistently follow operational and cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to learn and consistently complete required documentation and record-keeping requirements.
Starting Salary

Starting Salary : $17.00/HR + $1.50 Shift Differential + $1K Sign on Bonus Monday - Thursday 9p-7:30a (4 day - 10 Hour shift) The actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled.
