You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

• Staffing and scheduling
• Paperwork and record keeping
• Food management and inventory
• Maintaining store cleanliness and appearance
• Customer service and satisfaction
• Attendance and punctuality
• Transportation to/from work
• Marketing activities and profitability

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and manage storage.
• Prepare pizza products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Handle inventory and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities daily.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Take and process orders verbally and over the phone.
• Coordinate visual and manual tasks quickly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Previous experience in a fast‑service food environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow all policies and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.

The role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing tasks. Activities include:

• Lifting items up to 50 lbs and stacking up to 72 high.
• Carrying large cans, sauces, and pizza dough.
• Pushing trays on dollies, up to 30 lbs.
• Climbing stairs or ladders occasionally.
• Standing for extended periods and walking short distances.
• Performing forward bending and reaching tasks.

• Deliver product by car and to customer door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
