Job Posting
Pays invoices by verifying transaction information, obtaining authorization for payments, scheduling and preparing disbursements.
Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.
Audits time clock entries and processes weekly payroll.
Maintains accounting ledgers by posting accounting transactions.
Verifies accounts by reconciling bank statement and transactions.
Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments or adjustments.
Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required Qualifications:
4 year Accounting Degree Required
Administrative Writing Skills
Organization
Data Entry Skills
General Math Skills
Quickbooks Software Experience
Excel Experience
Ability to Analyze Information

Thoroughness
Ability to Report and Present Research Results
Strong Verbal Communication Skills
Auditing Experience Required*
