Blue Frog is seeking an experienced Hub Spot Admin to join our team. Our admins work closely with project managers and consultants to bring the collective vision of our clients’ projects and needs to life in Hub Spot. To successfully execute this vision, the admin is involved in various stages of the Hub Spot project or task execution stages, making it essential that the candidate possesses strong communication skills and is team oriented.

This individual needs to be eager to take on new challenges, and willing to provide recommendations as a technical and strategic resource for the overall company.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and onboarding team to execute on client tasks and project needs within Hub Spot and other platforms.
Present completed work to team members and clients.
Assist in providing documentation of completed work and implemented solutions.
Train team members and clients on Hub Spot functionality and capabilities.
Understand client needs and come up with innovative and strategic solutions to fulfill needs and solve challenges.
Conduct client onboarding calls and provide guidance on implementation solutions related to Hub Spot.
Stay up to date on industry best practices and Hub Spot product releases.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands‑on Hub Spot experience with direct ownership of implementations and platform optimization
Deep experience across all Hub Spot hubs
A strong knowledge of Hub Spot’s tools and capabilities.
Strong knowledge of business and overall process best practices as they relate to marketing, sales, or customer service efforts.
Excellent communication skills and enjoys working with a team.
Flexible and adaptable to any situation in a fast‑paced working environment.
A passion for problem solving and finding innovative ways to help our clients succeed.
Ability to train and educate clients on Hub Spot functionality and present completed work to team members and clients both in person and over the phone.
Eager to learn and take on new types of challenges and projects.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong self‑management and multitasking skills.
Ability to produce quality work on tight deadlines.
