Job DescriptionPosition Criteria:
- Valid Iowa teaching license, preferred but not required
- Model leadership behaviors
- Demonstrate aptitude for performing tasks listed
- Must exhibit high moral values and be able to serve as a favorable example to young people
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Performance Criteria:
- Provide learning opportunities for students
- Schedule, facilitate and supervise all meetings and activities
- To guide students in the activities that meet their interests
- To manage materials and communicate information about the group's activities
- Attend any required trainings
- Manage any budget-related issues
- Assist colleagues with duties and collaborate to create a successful atmosphere
- Assist with parent communication as needed
- Assist in handling publicity advertisements
- Organize calendar and communicate expectations and responsibilities to students and parents
- Be one of several point persons/hosts for home events
- To perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the District
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board/administration may find appropriate and acceptable

Salary: $500 Stipend
