Full-Time Service Advisor - 2nd Shift (11:30 PM - 8:00 PM) M-F + Saturday rotation

• Maximize Productivity:
  Schedule shop work to ensure maximum productivity and department profitability.
• Customer Interaction:
  Schedule service appointments, gather customer and vehicle data, and keep customers updated on repair progress.
• Detailed Explanations:
  Explain repair costs and time requirements, obtain proper authorizations, and provide detailed explanations of completed work.
• Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
• Coordination:
  Coordinate part requirements with the parts department and handle telephone inquiries.

• 1-3 years of experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with heavy vehicle service terminology
