Blue Frog is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to assist our executive team with the architecting of complex CRM implementations and various other technical engagements. As a Hub Spot, Apollo, and Zoom Info agency, the Solutions Architect is responsible for having a depth of knowledge across both platforms and for developing solutions that meet complex business challenges. The Solutions Architect will be part of the Revenue Operations team at Blue Frog, working closely with our Senior Solutions Architects, Integrations Developers, and Hub Spot onboarding strategists.

• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify client needs and provide technical solutions using Hub Spot's, Apollo's, and Zoom Info's suite of products.
• Develop and execute implementation plans for Hub Spot's, Apollo's, and Zoom Info's products, including configuring and customizing solutions to meet clients' unique requirements.
• Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations for clients and prospects.
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Ensure the successful integration of products with clients' existing systems and tools.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Hub Spot, Apollo, and Zoom Info product updates and features, and provide training and guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to the development of technical resources, including product documentation, best practices, and knowledge base articles.

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands‑on experience in custom CRM configuration, software development, or web development.
• Experience in a range of custom integration solutions with enterprise-level CRM and ERP platforms, like Salesforce, Dynamics, Net Suite, and SAP.
• Experience coding with PHP, HubL, SQL, JavaScript, and Python.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience in project management and knowledge of agile principles is highly regarded.
