Job Description:

We are looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to join our technical team with Innovative Captive Strategies in Waukee, IA.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce including roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): object and field creation, page layouts and lightning pages, record types, custom settings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide timely support.
  • Monitor end‑user adoption and propose ideas to further drive adoption.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to be on‑site in Waukee, IA.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 0‑2 years’ Salesforce experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Must possess ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
