CRM Consultant

Blue Frog is seeking a CRM Consultant to serve as the Hub Spot subject matter expert on our Onboarding Services team. Every client onboarding is different. Depending on what a client is implementing, you may be configuring Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Commerce Hub, Data Hub, Breeze AI or a combination of several. Your role is to understand the full Hub Spot platform deeply enough to guide clients through whichever hubs are in scope, translating their business requirements into well‑structured, scalable solutions that set them up for long‑term success.

Working closely with the Onboarding team’s Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Hub Spot specialists, you will lead the configuration and delivery of each client’s Hub Spot build from discovery through go‑live. You take ownership of your work streams and client relationships, bring a consultative approach to client engagements, and are motivated by delivering solutions that create real, measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities Client Delivery & Solution Design
  • Lead discovery workshops with clients to document business requirements and develop a structured CRM solution blueprint
  • Define and configure scalable Hub Spot CRM architectures, including custom properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, associations, user permissions, and automation workflows
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects on integration and migration planning, including data transformation and field mapping processes
  • Develop SIT/UAT test plans and execute thorough testing phases to validate solution accuracy before go‑live
  • Participate in weekly status calls, manage stakeholder expectations, and handle scope changes proactively and professionally
  • Collaborate with Onboarding Project Managers to keep delivery on track, within budget, and on scope
Platform Consultancy & Hub Spot Expertise
  • Serve as the Hub Spot platform expert across whichever hubs are in scope for each engagement, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, and Data Hub
  • Translate client business requirements into well‑configured, scalable Hub Spot solutions that support long‑term data integrity, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Advise clients across the full customer lifecycle, including but not limited to nurturing, sales enablement, Rev Ops, service, and customer success
  • Apply CRM best practices to support automation success, data consistency, and long‑term platform adoption
  • Consistently tie delivered solutions back to project objectives during go‑live calls supporting client adoption and smooth consulting team handover
  • Stay current on Hub Spot platform developments and industry best practices, integrating the latest capabilities into your client solutions
Collaboration & Client Experience
  • Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and addressing questions throughout the project alongside the Project Manager
  • Proactively identify and surface delivery risks, proposing solutions before issues impact timelines or scope
  • Deliver clear, role‑appropriate training sessions to client teams on their Hub Spot configuration
  • Document Hub Spot configurations, decisions, and client‑specific customizations thoroughly for internal records and client reference
  • Contribute to team retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts, sharing learnings and best practices across the Onboarding Services team
AI Adoption
  • Use AI tools to support discovery sessions, draft technical documentation, and explore CRM workflow improvements
  • Show curiosity around emerging AI technologies and how they can improve onboarding delivery quality and efficiency
  • Share effective AI practices with teammates and seek guidance when exploring new tools
Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience configuring or implementing Hub Spot in a consulting, agency, or client‑facing capacity, with meaningful exposure across multiple hubs
  • Hub Spot certifications required across CRM, Sales Hub, and Marketing Hub at minimum; certifications in Service Hub, Content Hub, and Operations Hub strongly preferred
