Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN-Clinic

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing pulmonology clinic in Waukee, Iowa. This position is full‑time with benefits. The role will support providers with patient assessments, chronic disease management, in‑office procedures, and patient education for individuals with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.

• Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures
• Room patients, record patient histories, vital signs, and document in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per scope of licensure
• Educate patients on health, medications, and follow‑up care
• Coordinate referrals and patient care follow‑ups
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

• Valid and current licensure/certification in the state of Iowa
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Iowa Board of Nursing
• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC a plus!
