ALL ABOUT SEASONAL JOBS:
Seasonal roles include Seasonal Specialty Sales, Seasonal Service & Engagement, and Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales. These roles involve active selling, guest service, and ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor to enable a consistent guest experience.
• Support daily/weekly workload to align with business priorities and sales goals.

• Working in a fun and energetic environment with ability to work efficiently as a team.
• Providing service that helps guests say a positive experience at Target.
• Interest in stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
• Not looking for a traditional Monday–Friday computer-based job; willingness to be busy, especially on weekends, to create a welcoming guest experience.

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 40 pounds
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance
