Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication and problem-solving skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead team members during assigned shifts.Ensure adherence to company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.Drive sales results by creating strategic plans to maximize efficiency.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility.Operate and maintain state-of-the-art car wash equipment.Collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities.Hands‑on experience with POS transactions.Friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints professionally.Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.Comfortable using computers, tablets, smartphones, and the internet.Benefits:
