Shottenkirk Chevrolet Waukee is hiring 10 Automotive Sales Associates.

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will connect customers with suitable vehicles, deliver expert product knowledge, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and build long‑lasting relationships.

• Greet and engage customers in a professional manner.
• Conduct comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations for new and pre‑owned vehicles.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
• Negotiate sales terms and complete sales agreements in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of automotive products, promotions, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer‑service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Basic computer proficiency for managing sales documentation and customer records.
